Located in the heart of town, is the iconic Vic Hotel building, now offering budget accommodation from just $170.00 per week.

Ye ‘Old Pub’ (Fotheringhams Hotel) has been lovingly refurbished with a modern communal kitchen, shared amenities, coin operated washing machines, and FREE WIFI, not to mention located in the heart of the CBD. Each room includes a single bed, TV, bar fridge, wardrobe, small fold out table and chair.  Rent starts from $170 per week (small internal rooms) or $190 per week (larger balcony rooms). Rent is to be paid in advance at all times and a Room Deposit (equivalent to 1 weeks rent) is required to be paid before moving in. There is a minimum stay of a month otherwise rent is $250 per week for shorter stays. Unfortunately there is only off street parking.
